She made her national team debut in 2021 at just 16 years old, scoring a stunning goal against Bangladesh that earned her Player of the Match and led Nepal to the regional finals.
Preeti began her football journey at a young age, quickly standing out and securing a spot at APF Club in Nepal. In 2023, she took her talent abroad, joining Kickstart FC in India before making her latest move to Etihad Club.
