Etihad coach Mary Willemsen fielded a starting lineup consisting of Malak Shank, Al Anoud Ghazi, Takia Zakaria, Yasmin Al Ajrab, Neomi Anima, Lamar Al Shalabi, Zeina Hazem, Lina Al Saheb, Inas Al Jamaeen, Rosban Freij, and Preeti Rai.
The first half did not see many strong attacks by Etihad on the opponent's goal, so the coach made a substitution between the two halves by pulling out Lamar Al Shalabi's card and bringing on striker Kinda Al Titi. The referee awarded Etihad a penalty, which was taken by Inas Al Jamaeen in the 77th minute, before Tuqa Ghazi replaced Lina Al Saheb, with both teams settling for a single point.
Etihad raised its points in Group A to four, equal to Amman FC, but will miss the fourth round of matches and will face Future Nashama in the fifth round, pending the Football Association's decision on the date of the match.
