Etihad entered the match with confidence and imposed their style from the start, ending the first half with a 1-0 lead thanks to a goal by Majd Al Din Abu Awad, who scored off a corner kick.
In the second half, Etihad continued to dominate, and Majd Al Din scored the second goal after a mistake by an opposing defender, finding himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper and slotting the ball into the net.
