Her track record includes supporting over 30 international athletes, guiding squads through 10+ domestic and European finals, and achieving 90%+ athlete availability across multiple seasons. Beyond football, Lizzie has also contributed to medal-winning performances in Olympic games.
Lizzie’s philosophy is to maximize athletic performance by improving and progressing all aspects of sport and social skills.
Her expertise extends to leveraging pioneering technology, advanced data analysis, and innovative performance solutions to optimize athlete monitoring and injury reduction.
Lizzie has supported teams and athletes at the highest levels, including the FIFA Women’s World Cup, UEFA competitions, CONCACAF finals, & the Olympics, and has also worked across professional football including the Women’s Scottish Youth National Teams.
