Mary has developed elite players and teams across Europe and around the globe, founded the first professional women’s football team in Holland with FC Twente, developing them into a dynasty for Women’s football, and currently leads Holland Football University.
Coach Mary’s vision centers on developing both players and staff while cultivating teams that are not only prizewinning but also invaluable.

Head Coach of AlUla Women (Promoted the team from 1st Division to Premier League), Technical Director of FC Twente (3 National Titles & 2 Cups), Head Coach of OZC, Head Coach of RKHVV, Head Coach of BeQuick, and Head Coach of NEC Nijmegen.

FIFA Technical Leadership Expert, Holland Football University Founder, Global Consultant and Mentor for clubs and federations, Started FootballEquals Foundation; the first professional academy for boys and girls mixed, and Former TV Analyst at FOX Sports.
