The technical director of Etihad team, Tareq Al Mahsiri, fielded a starting lineup consisting of Fakhri Al Anbousi, Saif Al Din Khalifa, Sanad Al Hajaya, Ahed Shehadat, Mustafa Abd Al Qawi, Ahmed Al Batoush, Mohammad Borghol, Mohammad Al Far, Karim Al Rashq, Mohammad Shehda, and Qais Al Shawashra.

Etihad scored the opening goal just two minutes into the game, before their opponents equalized midway through the first half. However, circumstances did not favor them as player Mohammad Al Far received a red card, leaving the team short-handed for a long time and preventing them from maintaining their lead. The opponents managed to score a goal in the final minutes of the match and ended the game in their favor, leaving Etihad with 10 points and in fourth place.
Etihad will face Al Ramtha in the eighth round at 4:00 p.m. at Prince Hashim Stadium next Tuesday, the 9th of this month.
