Etihad Defeats Amman FC in the U19 Women's League

Etihad played with high spirits and tactical discipline from the opening whistle, with Layan Jamal opening the scoring 15 minutes into the match after the ball rebounded off the goalkeeper. Amman FC managed to equalize with a penalty kick, but after several attacks and two shots hitting the crossbar, Haya Abu Ali restored Etihad’s lead by dribbling past the opposing defender and slotting the ball into the net. At the end of the half, Layan fired a spectacular shot into the corner of the net, ending the half with Etihad in the lead. Early in the second half, Haya opened the scoring in the opening minutes, then scored two consecutive goals to complete a hat trick. In stoppage time, she set up a goal for Lara Jaradat, capping off Etihad’s 7-1 victory.
