The technical director of Etihad team, Tareq Al Mahsiri, fielded a starting lineup consisting of Sultan Al Amayra, Sanad Al Hajaya, Saif Al Din Khalifa, Ahed Shehadat, Ahmad Al Btoush, Qais Al Tawalba, Mustafa Abd Al Qawi, Qais Al Shawashra, Mohammad Adous, Ahmad Al Huwaiti, and Mohammad Shehda.
Etihad played aggressively in the first half, scoring two unanswered goals. They took the lead in the 35th minute with a goal from Mohammad Shehda, and his teammate Qais Al Shawashra doubled the lead in the 41st minute.
In the second half, a number of substitute players took part, including Al Tayeb Al Qudah, Mohammad Al Far, and Ryan Al Qadi. The match was suspended for 15 minutes due to fog, but the referee resumed play afterwards, and the opponents scored two goals and earned a point, bringing Al-Etihad's total points to five.
Etihad will face Amman FC in the fifth and final round of the first leg on Saturday, 31st of this month, at 4:00 p.m. at the Jerash Stadium.
