Club president Omar Al Hadid welcomed the media, coaches, and players, emphasizing the importance of changing behaviors in the world of sports management, discussing the reasons for the club's success in the past period, and expressing his delight at the creation of an e-sports section at the club.
The club also introduced former international player Stephanie Al Nabir as a sports consultant for the club, particularly for women's football.
Hamad expressed his optimism about Etihad Club project to provide an ideal model for a real football industry, stressing that this field is important in light of the development of the game and how it differs from the past.
Al Nabir spoke about the club's achievements in winning 14 titles in three years as the greatest achievement in Jordanian football, noting that more than 45 players have been called up to the national teams.

The club appointed coach Oday Al Saifi as technical director of the men's team and goalkeeper coach Loai Al Amayra, as the team competes in the third division for the current season, and Tareq Al Mahasiri as technical director of the age groups and coach of the youth teams.
The club also decided to appoint Dutchwoman Marie Kok-Willemsen as technical director of the club and coach of the women's football team for the new season.

The press conference saw the introduction of Yazan Nino and Sarah Haddadin to represent the club in e-sports, with the latter succeeding in winning the club's first title last week by winning the women's e-sports championship organized by the Jordanian E-Sports Federation.
