The technical director of the Etihad team, Mary Willemsen, fielded a lineup consisting of Malak Shannak, Al Anoud Ghazi, Takia Zakaria, Yasmin Al Silawi, Tuqa Ghazi, Zeina Hazem, May Swilem, Inas Al Jamaeen, Eugenia Tetteh, Rouzbahan Freij, and Preeti Rai.
Etihad took an early lead, specifically seven minutes into the game, when Tuqa Ghazi scored from a corner kick, before the opponent scored two goals in the final minutes of the match. Lina Al Saheb, Neomi Anima, and Kinda Al Titi came on as substitutes.
Etihad reached the championship's golden square earlier with 7 points, and will meet its opponent Al Istiqlal, the leader of the second group, in the semi-finals in a single-elimination match, which will be determined later.
