Etihad Scores Five Goals Against CSKA Dushanbe

Etihad women’s team put on a strong performance, displaying a distinctive attacking style from the opening whistle, with clear dominance and a steady stream of scoring opportunities. The team managed to find the back of the net against CSKA Dushanbe a quarter of an hour into the first half, with Leen Al Btoush scoring off a cross from Shokhan Al Salhi. Shokhan then doubled the lead after dribbling past the goalkeeper and slotting the ball into the net, ending the first half with a 2-0 advantage.

In the second half, Etihad continued its offensive pressure with a series of attacks, until Shokhan scored her second goal with a left-footed shot that found the corner of the net. Leen added the fourth goal with a shot from outside the penalty area, before Shokhan capped off Etihad’s five-goal haul with a spectacular rocket of a goal, completing her hat-trick.
