The technical director of Etihad team, Tareq Al Mahsiri, fielded a starting lineup consisting of Sultan Al Amayra, Ahmad Al Batoush, Sanad Al Hajaya, Saif Al Din Khalifa, Mohammad Adous, Ahmad Al Huwaiti, Mohammad Burghol, Ahed Al Shahadat, Qais Al Tawalba, Mustafa Abd Al Qawi, and Qais Al Shawashra.
Adous scored two consecutive goals for Etihad in the 4th and 12th minutes of the match, giving the team the lead until the end, before the opponent scored a goal to narrow the gap in the second half. Ibrahim Al Zubaidi, Omar Abu Zaida, and Karim Al Rashq participated as substitutes.
Etihad will face Al Yarmouk in the eighth round at 4:00 p.m. at Al Hashimi Stadium on Saturday, the 13th of this month.
