Team coach Mary Willemsen fielded a starting lineup that included Malak Shannak, Al Anoud Ghazi, Takia Zakaria, Tuqa Ghazi, Yasmin Al Silawi, Zeina Hazem, Inas Al Jamaeen, May Swelim, Preeti Rai, Neomi Anima, and Rouzbahan Freij.
Etihad dominated the first half, repeatedly threatening the opponent's goal, and Ghanaian player Neomi Anima put her team ahead in the 35th minute after Inas Al Jamaeen passed her the ball inside the penalty area. Anima struck the ball powerfully into the net, giving Etihad the lead at the end of the first half.

Less than a minute into the second half, Etihad scored their second goal through Neomi Anima, who made a perfect run down the left wing before firing a rocket into the top corner. Lina Al Saheb then came off the bench to score Etihad third goal in the 72nd minute, placing the ball beautifully over the goalkeeper.
Yasmin Al Silawi scored the fourth goal in the 85th minute, following up on a ball from a corner kick, before the same player won a penalty, which her teammate May Swelim successfully converted in the first minute of stoppage time, shooting the ball to the right of the goal to give Etihad their second title after winning the Professional League title last week.
